Ingredients:


2 eggplant

2 eggs

salt


Instructions:


1. Place eggplant over medium heat, until it is soft and skin is black.

2. Let it cool and peel off the skin.

3. Flatten using a fork.

4. Mix 2 eggs and salt to taste.

5. Add eggplant to mixture.

6. Fry both sides.
