Crispy Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

1 kg Fish Fillet

1-1/3 cup of cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

salt

black pepper

1 egg

bread crumbs

1/2 slice lemon (5 pcs of calamansi) 


Instructions:

1. Slice the fish fillet into strips.

2. Season with 1 tbsp salt, ground black pepper, and 1/2 slice lemon (5 pcs of calamansi).

3. Mix 1-1/3 cup of cornstarch, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, black pepper, and 1 tsp salt.

4. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Put 1 egg in a bowl.

5. Dredge fish fillet in cornstarch mixture, dip it into beaten egg, and coat it with bread crumbs.
