Ingredients:
2 lbs. Pork
12 cloves crushed garlic
4 pcs Bay Leaves (laurel leaves)
1 ½ tsp Whole/crushed black peppercorns
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Put oil in a pan. Add pork.
2. Add garlic, crushed peppercorns (3/4 tsp)
3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, water, and bay leaves.
4. Bring it to a boil. Let it cook.
5. Stir it every now and then.
6. Make sure it does not dry out.
7. Add more water when necessary.
8. Cook until meat is tender.
9. Add remaining crushed peppercorns. Stir and continue cooking.
10. Reduce the liquid and serve.
