Instructions:
1. Saute onion and garlic. Add tomatoes.
2. Add pork.
3. Add shrimp paste.
4. Add squash and string beans.
5. Add 1 cup of water.
6. Add eggplant.
7. Add salt and black pepper.
8. Simmer.
9. Add okra and ampalaya.
