Ingredients:


Pork Pata

Garlic

Whole peppercorn

Onions

Salt

Oil

Bayleaf

Water


Instructions:


1. Boil water. Add pork pata.

2. Remove the scums.

3. Add 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp whole peppercorn, star anise, bay leaf, 4 cloves crushed garlic, and onion. 

4. Boil until meat is tender.

5. Remove, set aside, and let it cool.

6. Poke pork skin with a fork.

7. Add salt.

8. Pour oil into the pan. Deep fry pork pata. Double fry for best results.
