Ingredients:
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
3/4 kg Chicken Liver
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
3 pcs Bay leaf
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
1. Saute Ginger, Garlic, and Onion.
2. Add Chicken Liver. Saute until color changes and water comes out.
3. Add 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1/4 c Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 3 pcs Bay leaf, and 1/4 c vinegar.
4. Simmer.
5. Add 1 tsp sugar (optional). Cook until sauce is reduced.
6. Separate the sauce.
7. Cook again, add a small amount of oil.
8. Saute until brown.
9. Remove and put into sauce.
